PROJECTS AND FINANCES

The work of the Medical Section within the School of Spiritual Science at the Goetheanum comprises four areas of activity:
  • training and advanced training within the framework of the International Postgraduate Medical Training (IPMT), our eurythmy therapy training as well as other seminars,
  • dissemination, interchange and deepening of anthroposophic medicine through lectures, publications, conferences and specialist seminars,
  • international coordination of the occupational areas and fields of activity within the anthroposophic medical movement and
  • involvement to promote health in education, agriculture, social sciences, politics and other areas.

The work is financed from four sources:
  • income from services provided: student fees, conference contributions, lecture and author’s fees, etc.,
  • contributions from associations and the General Anthroposophical Society,
  • project funding through foundations and medicine manufacturers
  • donations from private persons and institutions.

Each of the above fields of activity is dependent on funding if it is to continue developing and adapting to the current requirements. Hence we are asking for your financial assistance with regard to the following projects:

A large element of honorary work, but also contributions from associations and independent donations finance this responsible and socially forward-looking activity. With your donation, more can be done and the coordinators can be released to spend more time on this work.
